The Festival of the Moving Image (FOMI) is University College London's (UCL) esteemed student film festival, organized by the UCL Film & TV Society. Established in 2007, FOMI has a rich history of promoting emerging filmmakers, emphasising creativity and innovation in the cinematic arts.

Spencer Performative Film with accompanying soundscape, “We Once Were Nomads,” was selected from over 1000 entries to receive an Emerging Filmmaker Award for its creative vision and originality, and as an emerging voice in the field of experimental and political moving image.
