Spencer exhibited a sculpture at Tashkeel Group Exhibition  "Made in Tashkeel" in Dubai .

This is a satirical, sculptural representation of a 20th-century icon of evil. The artist is exploring the invaluable defence mechanism of the ability to laugh at evil and aggression, which in turn empowers us to surmount and rise above our aggressors
